I wanted to love this property. The interior layout is very unique. LARGE fireplace, awesome. Communication with management was on point. However, it was battle with bugs. Primarily ants and water bugs. We lost food due to the ants. Somehow they ended up in our sealed non-perishables. That was a big loss having to replace food. Management offered send people over immediately, but damage was done. As soon as we thought they were gone, boom back again.

The home was beautiful. I just didn’t like we had to go exist with roaches. Other than the roaches the home was beautiful and accommodating. Loved the area it was located. The keypad kept not working.

Awesome Rambling Ranch with Antiques Galore

So many vacation rentals are filled with IKEA-ish furnishing (nothing wrong with that!) but not this one. Giant leather couch, antique armoires, classic chest of drawers...so much fun! WiFi was strong and we were able to work with ease. The layout is like an Escher painting with ups and downs and "oh wait here's another room!" style all on one floor. We loved it! Our lab enjoyed the enormous back yard...be sure to check the fence line as I think an ambitious pup might be able to plot a successful escape. Location is on a busier road, so we chose a back bedroom to buffer the street noise and it was great. Waves coffee shop is a couple blocks down and the neighborhood behind was a delight for walking. The water is nearby and restaurants a short drive or Uber away.

Very nice home beware roaches

Very nice home and great location close to everything. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend or book again is because my kids were so excited to sleep in their own room but couldn’t because they kept getting scared with roaches. The first day I was like ok maybe they just sprayed but nope you would see some big suckers! Then we get home and unpack 2 roaches come out ugh ugh. It was embarrassing I took my in laws to that home and was instantly embarrassed with the roaches and not clean behind the beds. Such a shame because the set up was nice and the home is beautiful.

Great house

We choose this house to be close to my parents. It was a gem. It was big and spacious but also a fun design. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and very well stocked. We will definitely rent again.

No hot water

The house was suitable until we realized there was no hot water. The gas was shut off to the property and it never got fixed for the duration of our stay. Could not wash dishes, do laundry or take a warm shower. Would not recommend.
