Great beachside vacation for the family

40+ years and still at it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been going to the Gulfstream for about 4 decades. The place continues to show its age, but their maintenance staff is great and keeps it rolling as much as they can. Seemed the step-up in nightly rates the past few years (and a bit of a rainy forecast) kept crowds away Labor Day weekend, but were becoming discouraged at the continued rise in rates. It’s almost as if owners are discouraging guests, but that’s income in their pockets. I hope they take a good look at demand vs rates to gauge that balance, bc it could possibly run us out of there eventually. But, the beach access + pool is really hard to beat here, and it’s a good way from the overcrowded port A beach.
