Fishing Trip
Great location, great amenities. The location was perfect for our group to fish off of Fulton Pier and to travel to Port Aransas. The Beds were comfortable and there was ample parking. The Unit was well maintained, our group had no issues.

Avoidable fall on the stairs ruined everyone's time
Carrying our stuff up to the house after arrival, I caught the toe of my sandal on a hazardous overhang of the deck/ landing at the top of the stairs. I had my computer under my right arm and a bottle of soda in my right hand and was using the hand rail with my left hand. (No handrail from halfway up on the right side of the stairs.) I took a nasty fall (practically a faceplant) and my computer and soda (still capped) went flying and my right knee was laid open almost all the way across from one side to the other. I sustained another laceration between my right pinkie and ring finger (I guess from the ring I was wearing) and still have a goose egg/ bruises on my left knee. I hit the right side of my forehead and it felt like I broke my glasses, but they survived intact. My right knee and hand, didn't. They are still bleeding (not profusely, but enough), so my husband and I slept (I, sitting up with my leg propped so it couldn't touch anything) on the couch as it was. (We didn't fold it out) Our trips to the beach Wednesday and Thursday were out of the question due to Vibrio risk. (Whole purpose of the trip) It will be at least 3/4 weeks before we can go back as we planned. Of the 5 of us, I am the only one who is a lifelong (59 years) beach go-er. The couple who shared our trip and their daughter didn't want to go without me nor did husband, so it ruined everybody's trip. We just hung out at the house. Walking was pretty painful. Ruined vacation
Our stay was ruined by chemical burns and we reached out to everyone and no one has reached back out about use getting chemical burns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YALL HAVE SMALL CHILDREN ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND WE ARE STILL RECOVERING FEOM CHEMICAL BURNS. RUINED OUTS BATHING SUITS JEWELRY AND MOST OF ALL OUR SKIN. WE TEATED THE HOT TUB AND IT WAS OVERLOADED WITH CHLORINE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER LETTING US KNOW. VRBO YALL SUCK AT COMMUNICATION ALSO I CAN SEE WHY YALL HAVE BAD REVIEWS

Never Again
Do not recommend this home. Very dirty, grill is a hazard, terrible smell, dishwasher dirty, outside trash can has the worst smell, beds fall in since the slats are not secured. Just overall a bad experience.

Pet friendly
We needed a space to take our dog as we have to give her seizure medicine twice a day. I was so amazed with the fence which we did not have to worry about our dog running away. Thank you so much. House was amazing newer, super clean, everything we wanted and more.

Very nice place, but…
What a nice place. Probably one of the nicer rentals I’ve stayed in. Not a far walk to the beach. Hot tub was enjoyable. House was well equipped all the way down to nice big towels for the hot tub. Now for the disappointing part. If noise at night bothers your sleeping, this is not your place. The traffic never stopped, and it was exceptionally loud in the master bedroom.
