Secondary bedroom has queen size bed with spacious closet space. With second full bathroom just steps away.

Third bedroom is perfect for the little ones with cute little bunk beds. There is a twin on top with a full-size bed on bottom bunk with a pull-out twin trundle on bottom.

Home has sizable living room area, perfect for family movie night. Strand Haüsle has open dining and kitchen area. With dining room table seating for 8. Kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, and all the basic cooking essentials needed for cooking your family`s favorite meal.

Home is a short driving distance to local restaurants, boat ramps, and fishing.

Home has ample parking space for multiple vehicles in the driveway or you are welcome to park your vehicle in the 2-car garage.

We will provide guests with our contact information. Someone is available for emergencies after 8 pm as well. We are available by phone call, email, or text.

The Harbor offers several ramps, bait stands, picnic tables, public lighted fishing pier and a lighted parking lot. You can launch your boat from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown`s Harbor Point Park and within minutes, you`ll be in some of the best flats fishing areas the Texas coast has to offer! There are piers and miles of shoreline to fish from. Spend the day and utilize our low-cost transient docks and boat pump-out. Aransas Pass also has a great family Aquatic Center, Bowling Alley and Movie Theater you can visit when you are not playing on the water.

Just a short distance from Aransas Pass is Rockport. Where you can enjoy Rockport’s beautiful blue wave beach, restaurants/cafes, shopping, festival grounds, fishing, museums, art galleries and much, much, more! There is something for everyone with shopping, art galleries, museums, kayak rentals, duck hunting, bird watching, beaches, restaurants & festivals year around, too mention a few.

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
