Ideal location. Grocery store, restaurants, and beaches are minutes away. This was our second stay at this property. Check in and out was easy. Hosts are easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Property may be a bit too cozy for some but a great value for the area. Looking forward to visiting again.

Old Town Port Aransas Cutie

Cozy and very clean. Easy check in and check out. Within walking distance to restaurants and minutes from the beach. Be aware, there are stairs to climb to reach unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a mother daughter getaway

While the space is small, it was perfect for a mother daughter getaway. Close to so many restaurants and the beach! And the towels smelled soo good!

Great little spot

The room is in a fantastic location, surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars and very close to the beach. It is a very small room, but it worked for us, because my kids liked the futon, but I would not sleep on it as an adult. Overall great value and you will be a wonderful location.

“Cozy Little House”

My kids and I call this place our “Cozy Little House” at the beach. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s just enough space for us to spend a couple of days mostly enjoying the outdoors, but getting rest and reprieve in the AC. We definitely get underfoot of each other, but everyone figures it out quickly enough. Ernie, the “doorman” downstairs is also a kind and welcome presence. We definitely feel at home here. Bonus: the ice cream shop is a 3 minute walk away; just make sure you bring your cash!

It was clean and good communication with the owner. The only thing for me was I didn't know that there were stairs to the unit. I had knee surgery and I was worried about falling down. Perhaps that should be noted. Thanks

Small But Cozy

Everything was fine. Only surprise was not realizing that it is a 2nd floor unit. Not a problem for most but I have knee issues. I just assumed it was 1st floor. The downstairs neighbor who had the key, is a jewel, kind ,friendly and helpful. The owner was immediately responsive when I had a question. This was a good experience.

Small but quaint. Wonderful, kind gentleman downstairs offering help. Short walks to bars and ice cream shop. Place was a little warm but luckily I brought a fan. Could use more cooking utensils, pots, and towels in the kitchen. Futon was comfortable once I put the cushion provided on top. Shower was nice. Two TVs and the one in the living room was huge with lots of choices for viewing channels when you’re not outdoors soaking up the sun on the beach. Very clean place. And Sarah was quick to communicate with and respond. Which is always much appreciated. The road and area it’s is on felt very safe. No noise. Super affordable place. Cozy with an adjoining door to the other small unit next to it sharing a wall.
