Perfect location close to downtown Port Aransas in close proximity to the beach. Perfect clean space for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

Clean, quiet and accommodating

Our rental house was clean and decorated nicely. We had plenty of room for our party of six plus our little dog and really enjoyed our stay. Other than the whole neighborhood being close to a large marshy area, which helped to create more mosquitoes, we had a great time.

It was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Bonus is that it is pet friendly so our dog was able to join us. Housekeeping needs to do a better job dusting but that won’t deter us from visiting again!

Excellent Rental

Cute vacation rental!! House was very roomy and equipped with everything we needed. Carport had a rinse off area that came in handy when we got back from the beach. Rooms had plenty of beds for our family of 8. Pull out couch needs to be replaced which we were unable to use but by the second night the office brought us out a blow up mattress to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay !!

Get away mini vacation

Everything was perfect, with the exception that the ceiling fans need to be clean. We had my daughter and granddaughter with asthma and we notice the ceiling fans very dusty.

Good overall

Enjoyed our stay at Leeward Sands overall. They say pet friendly which they are but they don't tell you that there is a charge for your pet until after you book...little misleading. Dishwasher did not work..not a game changer but a little annoying. Also found quite a few dead bugs around inside as well as some towels and shirt between bed and wall. Housekeeping could be better.

Making Up for her 21st & Family Beach Trip

Somehow the VRBO profile does not do this place justice. We absolutely loved it, we fell in love. Felt right at home. Extra little touches to make us feel invited from the welcome basket to the collection of DVD's and games available.
