We really enjoyed staying at this property. Very cute and would definitely stay again. Downstairs outdoor space was a really cute setup, upstairs deck could use a few chairs if you can bring your own. Thanks so much, we had a grea time!

Highly recommend this property! Very clean and cozy. The location is so convenient. The access to 3 pools is great and the covered car port with the outdoor picnic table and sitting area with TV was great. The decor is so cute, perfect little beach house.

Fun last minute getaway

Fantastic location! The outdoor shower to rinse off the whole family after time at the beach was a huge bonus. Proximity to beach and access to neighborhood pools steps from this unit was perfect for young kids. We will be coming back!

The house is in a great location. It's just the right size and has cute decorations. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower is huge! The covered driveway and water hose were very useful. We would definitely stay here again :)

Overall the property was nice and a great stay. The pillows could use replacing. Also, 1 mini shampoo and conditioner is not enough for 4 people staying multiple nights. We had to go to the store and buy more. We assumed it would be larger bottles attached to the shower like in most hotels now since it said it was provided. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and close to the beach. The pool area was also very nice. We will stay in this location again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beach home. It was a comfortable home, a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach, and had all we needed. We could tell the management company takes pride in their work and has high standards. The city had great shopping and restaurants.

Very very cute place and very accommodating beds, pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster. Plenty of towels. Cons but expected by Texas waters. A mosquito treatment would be very nice and helpful!!

Poco cabana delivers

Poco cabana was just the right size for our family of 3. House was nice and clean just as advertised. Community Pool was really convenient. Great place to book without breaking the bank for a quick trip to the beach. Can’t beat the location. My only suggestion would be to upgrade BBQ grill, the one that was available was basically unusable. All in all I would stay again.

Quick getaway

Great property. Would definitely book again. No real complaints, just a couple of suggestions. Consider using text for communication rather than emailing back and forth. Location for where the trash bins are prior to check out. Also, it may be time new pillows in the main bedroom. Other than this, the stay was great. Really enjoyed having the streaming services available to use.

Great Location and clean

The location and house was very clean. A couple of recommendations for the owners: a few chairs on the balcony would be nice to enjoy coffee in the morning. I highly recommend the cleaning staff disinfect the washing machine. The ring around the front loading washer was moldy. Also when we washed our clothes, they came out of the dryer smelling strongly like cigarettes, we had to bring everything home and rewash.😒 Some throws in the living area would make it cozy for cool evenings. Finally, we would have loved to enjoy the community pool, however, there was no key and it was locked.
