High Quality

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! Very impressed with the quality of homes. Beach was clean. Hot but no surprise in August.Did have a few problems with homes. A/C broke on one, water on the other. Both cases was told to wait to get homeowner approval to repair.

Birthday trip to Port Aransas with family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house location was excellent. Very close to Kira’s pool and the beach. A big plus was the elevator.Size of house was good there were 10 of us. The master bed mattress was very uncomfortable and sheets on bed had a tear and was stained. Pillows were terrible also. The kitchen did not have a single cooking sheet or anything to use in the oven other than a turkey roaster. There was live roach in the drawer with the pots and pans and other roaches found dead and alive during our stay. The gas grill was terrible - need to be replaced. Ate at Dylan’s pizza friday night-the pizza was very good -service good use improvement-it was a thursday night. Overall love Cinnamon Shore and will be back -have been staying once a year but now going to start twice a year. Will be back in September but still looking for the right house.

Fun family vacation

Great fourth week with family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolute great time at this rental for the week of the Fourth of July. This houses layout and space was great for our 3 families. The location was the best part though, steps away from the pool and the kids could fish in the lake from the back yard. We already rented this property for next year we loved it so much.Only downfall was the bunk bathroom had hardly any water pressure to the shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house needs lots of maintenance. It took an entire 24 hours to get a temporary blind put up for privacy. The entire house had multiple blinds broken and multiple door knobs broken to the point I’d the handles coming clean off and door seining wide open on their own. We found roaches in the kitchen drawers. The house needs a deep clean and a detailed maintenance review. The front staff offered no apology or discount/compensation.

Great house for 3 families

This house is located steps from the pool and is a quick ride to the beach. It came well stocked with basics in the pantry and plenty of linens and cooking supplies. Would stay here again for sure!

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We cooked in every meal. Beds were comfortable and we all had plenty of space. Only 4 beach towels were at the house (though plenty of bath towels). But we brought our own beach towels so it was not an issue. The only real gripe I would have is that water pressure is extremely low in upstairs bunk room’s bathroom. So my teen boys preferred showering in one of the downstairs bathrooms. Otherwise, all was well kept and in working order. The back yard and Kiera’s pool could be accessed down a little paver stone path along the side of the house which was quite convenient. Plenty of overflow parking across the street even thought it was Easter weekend and very busy. There were games at the house, which was nice. Back porch was roomy with nice picnic table to enjoy outdoor meals. There was a gas grill (though we didn’t use it). Property was immaculately clean. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We happened to rent this home during the Snowpocalypse 2021 and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and bundle up! Although the power went out for the last 30 or so hours of our stay, having a comfortable and beautiful home to bundle up in was amazing! The home was spotless, beautiful decorated and we LOVED that each "adult" bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The bunk room on the third floor was the perfect spot for our stir crazy children to go play!

Good space but Loud

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great - good space and good bedrooms. The floors are REALLY loud, so if you had a bedroom downstairs and people were walking around in the kitchen, it sounded like a herd of animals walking around above you. If you have kids or babies that need to sleep, think about that first! There were small things that were broken around the house but nothing that affected our stay. There were ants between the floorboards in the kitchen but they did not seem to be coming up on counters or anything.

Cinnamon Shore 3rd time renting a disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While overall our time spent together on our family vacation was nice, we were very disappointed with several things at the house, including the following:• Upon arrival we found roaches everywhere, and by everywhere I mean every room, as well as ants on the kitchen floor around the kitchen table. The roaches were dead in each room, found alive crawling throughout the house, and even a surprise roach found inside the Keurig. After reporting this to the management office, a pest control person arrived promptly and sprayed everywhere. Unfortunately, the following day the roaches were back crawling all over the house.• The wood chairs in the kitchen and the desk area in the master suite were broken and “repairs” had been attempted with duct tape; however, the chairs were still unstable. • The washer drum was extremely loud to the point that you could hear it throughout the entire house and could not talk over it while downstairs near the laundry room. This is indicative of the main tub bearings being worn and in need of repair or even in need of washer replacement. The dryer did not totally dry any clothing or towel loads.• The child gate on the main stairway was broken even though it was shown in pictures to be intact.• The grill burners on the outdoor grill were broken and the repair person indicated they were not repairable and that the grill needed to be replaced.• The lock on one set of patio doors from the kitchen to patio deck were not able to be locked.• There were sharp edges that cut fingers on the replacement kitchen cabinet knobs located below and to the left of the kitchen sink.• The kitchen trash can that was in the trash drawer was too small. The trash drawer was designed to hold a plastic container two to three times the size of the one provided.• There were not enough bath towels.

Hook, Wine & Sinker was just perfect for us!!Keira pool was practically in our backyard, perfect place to relax from the large upper back porch overlooking the lagoon and the pool. Large bedrooms, king size beds in all the rooms, ice maker, a kitchen and pantry full of everything you need, was exactly what made a perfect relaxing vacation.Perfectly located we could walk to the beach and that was a big plus.

Family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth year of coming to Cinnamon shore. We always have a good time. Overall we had a great stay. Just a few little things. The dryer in the house didn’t work and also a light downstairs that controls all the lights only worked sometimes. But overall the house was lovely and beautifulWe had our four grandchildren. Two are babies. I had requested pac n plays and high chairs when I booked (and also called and emailed before the trip to make sure). When we checked in they told me they were out which was upsetting as I could have brought some. However, they went and bought new ones and had them to us in a couple of hours. They handled the situation professionally, which I appreciate. Wonderful stay and I’ve already booked for next year.
