Gem By The Sea

This rental is located perfectly in the heart of the island. Everything you need is within driving distance and the beaches are clean. We didn’t have to contact the owners during our stay but they were very attentive and would send a text to check in and see how we were or if we needed anything. Very considerate and friendly people, will book again in the future!

We loved this home, it was located in a very nice neighborhood. Once we opened the door, the house beamed with cleanliness. It was family friendly, and our kids kept themselves entertained with the foosball table the entire trip. It was spacious and a nice open layout, which was great for hosting our parents. The kitchen had plenty of room, and the bedrooms were a perfect space. We are looking forward to booking this house again.

Home Away From Home

We rented this property on short notice and the owners were very accommodating and friendly! The location is perfect, just a few minutes drive from the beach and lots of souvenir shops around to browse. The rental was clean and the rooms were very spacious yet cozy. We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, I will definitely be renting again in the future!

Absolutely loved this place!!

Wow me and my family absolutely love staying at this condo!! Pool was awesome, house was awesome and big enough for my huge family! The owner messages back quickly and stays on top of his houses!! We will definitely come back and stay longer next time!!! Definitely recommend for anyone with a big family or a bunch of friends.

Loved it!

‘Place In The Sun' was such a great stay for my family! We were minutes from the beach, seconds from the pool, and close to everything on the island. The neighbors were friendly and the kids all made fast friends at the pool for the afternoon. The house was clean, Josh was very responsive, and we look forward to staying again soon!

Great location and price!

This is a beautiful house in a lovely quiet area close to the beach. Spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds in all the 3 rooms, nice kitchen, and comfortable sitting area. The house is best for a group of 8 to 10. The house was clean and communication with Josh was quickly responded. We forgot a kindle ebook and Josh was prompt to ship it back. We had such a great experience staying at this house. Definitely highly recommended!

Work stay

home owner had the A/C locked out for our control and left us at 80 deg F the whole time. Then after leaving the place he requested more money and claimed we trashed the place. Terrible place. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND
