For everyone's safety, city ordinance prohibits cooking grills of any type within 10 feet of a rental home. Grills may never be used on decks or balconies.

Violations may result in significant city fines.

Lost Colony imposes an additional $1,000 fine on renters caught violating the grilling restrictions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A two-night minimum stay is required.
