Good place but not what we expected
The house is in a good location so it’s not far from shops and restaurants. The access to the Vrbo is not ideal as the stairs to the doors is along the side away from the parking area which makes it difficult to bring all your things in. The parking is stated to have 3-4 areas for your guest to park and while this is true there is no assigned parking. This made it difficult because of the inconvenience of parking further away from our place when there is parking outside of building #1. The side area you walk through to get to the Vrbo also holds a bunch of water so the mosquitoes were really bad. Bedroom two stated it had a king, however there was only a queen which did not accommodate the family that was staying in the room together. There was no broom so maintaining the sand from staying out if the place was not fun. The listing also said there was a pack’n’play available however when I asked to confirm prior to arrival they told me there was not one but I could rent one. All of the lights on the roof top do not work but what did still provided enough lighting to be able to enjoy the area. When we showed up the pool was really dirty, however someone came the next morning and cleaned the pool.
This place was good enough to get a good nights sleep so it was not completely a wash but I would not recommend staying here again.
