「Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood is excellent to blend amongst locals, and anything that you need is a short block or 2. You have about a 15 to 20 minute easy walk, maximum, to all your favorite...

「The apartment it self was really good, with good space, fittings and excellent bathrooms. It is well located in central Madrid with restaurants and shops and a supermarket nearby. The big problem was arriving and not being able to get in. The door lock would not respond to the app and we were unable to get in until the Usense gave us a code.
