“ You have to check in at another Hostal named Hostal Lisbra first and walk 5 mins with luggage to this Hostal. Also Prado Hostal have no elevator so you have to lift your luggage to 2nd floor. There’s a phone in the room but when you call for service like hairdryer, you ask you to come to Lisbra to get it when your hair all wet. ”

“The location of the hostel is good, it is near the Sol square and Royal Palace. The restaurant for the locals are good choice to taste the local foods. The equipment in the room is new and clean. But the room is so noise because of the sound proof is too bad. I have to call the reception to make the other guest quiet down to go sleep in the midnight.”

The location was absolutely perfect—right in the center of the city, within walking distance of major attractions like the Prado Museum, Plaza Mayor, and Retiro Park.
