Beach vacation in great location with excellent value

This is a very clean and well appointed house that’s conveniently located between several key areas such as Ana Maria Island, longboat key, and Sarasota. Great value for our trip.

See my full review on Google and other travel review sites for more details. Bottom Line: While the location was decent for a vacation, I would avoid properties managed by Anchor Down Vacation Rentals. The issues with both the property and the management significantly impacted our experience.

Great House

Very nice accommodations. House had all the necessities. Furnished very nicely. The pool, back deck and dock were perfect! Quick boat ride to the ICW. Chairs, cornhole, everything you need while at the house. The elevator broke down on our last day, so we just hiked up & down the stairs. Really enjoyed it!

Quick weekend to check out the Cortez area.

Everything was as mentioned in description. The elevator and pool heater were not working. Loved the location and home. Easy to maintain.

Casa NICA is Fantastic

This beautiful home is nestled perfectly between the island and Bradenton with many restaurants with in walking distance. The property is equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back!

Review

We had a nice stay at this property between Xmas and New Years. The location was great for us -- right across the bridge from AMI so easy to get to AMI and Sarasota. The house was new and clean with lots of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and reading and access to a full kitchen. There were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by management, who was very responsive. Overall a great vacation for us.
