Overall we had a great experience here. They went above and beyond to accommodate us as we arrived late. This made a huge difference to us as we had driven from Dallas that day and were very tired. The rooms were very cozy and clean. They were kind and accommodating of our cats as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Cortez. Thanks again!
Nice place to stay. It’s a bit dated but it’s very comfortable. Great value for the money and most of all the water is hot and the HVAC works great and is very quiet.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and very informative about things in the area. This is a small privately run motel. It is very obvious that the proprietors care about their customer service and making sure that their clientele are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, it's affordable, it's cozy, it's convenient to food and shopping, and the management is exceptional.

Room was clean and comfortable. Joy, the manager, was pleasant and accommodating.
Oldish property, undergoing remodeling (according to owners). Clean and pleasant room, new A/C, very nice owners who fulfilled all our requests. The place has a lot of potential, but also needs tons of work. A good place to stay at a reasonable price - would recommend.
Joy and your husband were wonderful to work with and very responsive to any needs we had. They are currently renovating the property and making good progress. Clean, quiet, I would come back 😊
Very very friendly & helpful couple. Clean, quiet, comfortable., place was being remodeled & room was very nice. An excellent selection of pastries plus yogurt & fruits, orange juice, good coffee & creamers.

Old school hotel but staff very nice. Bed was very firm ☹️. Overall great for the price
Comfortable and quiet. Just what we like when traveling. Great place to base for day trip to Mesa Verde National Park. Nothing fancy but comfortable and the towels were so soft. Recommend.

Easy check-in. Owner very accommodating, always attentive and available. Overnight stay met my needs: Not fancy, dated rooms being updated. Safe, clean, comfortable, and quiet stay, with plenty of space for my dog's needs. Would stay here again.
