Magical weekend in Cortona

The villa was so comfortable and lovely. Michele was very responsive and helpful. 10/10 experience.

Tranquillité, beauté et soleil

Très beau séjour avec nos enfants et des amis. Tout était parfait, la température et l'environnement. Le propriétaire réagissait rapidement aux questions et nous avons fait le cours de cuisine avec Donatella, la maman, ce fut fabuleux! Les lits et les oreillers étaient très confortables, les chambres étaient grandes et la propriété était typique avec son cachet d'antan. Une seule déception, la piscine n'était pas prête puisque la météo en Italie n'était pas favorable pour le démarrage de celle-ci et certains préparatifs extérieurs n'avaient pas été enclenchés.

Tuscan delight

Spent two weeks at La Bozza with family of six, including six-month old grandchild. It is a comfortable and charming old house in the middle of Tuscan farmlands, ideal for all manner of holidays. There's the pool for lazing around, the stunning Cortona township ten minutes away (close enough drive for gelati every night after dinner), a wide range of top restaurants close by and plenty of peace. It's only some two hours, and easy to find, from Rome plus a day trip from cities such as Florence, Sienna and Assissi. It's a most liveable, convenient, well-sorted and well-maintained holiday villa with a real sense of history. Michele and his family are very welcoming & hospitable. We'll be back!

75 days in heaven!

My wife and I spent 2.5 months at La Bozza,travellng from Vancouver, Canada. We had visits from friends and relations throughout. The facilities were superb! What makes this place special is the host, Michele. Any problems - and there were a few small ones - were fixed "subito!". The pool is lovely, the grounds nicely kept, and the area wonderful. We walked - 40 minutes - to Cortona from time to time. Michele arranged cooking classes for my wife and her friends, and I got to eat the delicous results. Michele helped with rental bicycles, travel tips, and even my fractured Italian. The listing is accurate, the property clean and the two cleaning ladies, Rina and Rosanna are great! Don't hesitate to book this place! Enjoy.
