"This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill."

"My husband and I spent a week here in April. We have been to Italy seven times, always staying in VRBO-type rentals and this rental stands apart as among the nicest. Recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen, balcony, comfortable heat, etc. You can see the owner, Giovanni, took great care with the design and remodeling. The location is perfect — just off the main street. We highly recommend this home! "

"A wonderful property, submerged in beautiful natural surroundings, the flora and fauna were fantastic. Our whole family were delighted by the swifts, starlings and kestrels nesting at the property, my parents described the place as simply magical. "We rented this house for a month. We loved it here and felt very comfortable calling it home for so long. Fully renovated with modern appliances just as pictured. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, which we did 1/2 the time. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms big. Washer / dryer was a plus. "The propriety is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable large pool area. Breakfast and lunch options are delicious. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The only problem I experienced was both adjacent rooms were smokers and did so on their patios. We couldn’t enjoy our patio or leave our do open while they were doing so. The property has a health spa and other wellbeing activities, but allows smoking on the property. I would consider this next time. "
