「Circa 1500 house with 2 apartments. We rented both to accommodate our party of 6. Beautiful area of Tuscany. Michele gave us great recommendations of sights to see...the city of Cortona is a must! Provided a binder with maps and QR codes for resturants which was very helpful.」

「Hallo zusammen, Wir haben als Freundesgruppe Ende August 9 Tage bei Sabine und John verbracht. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Neben vielen Aufenthaltsgelegenheiten im Freien steht einem auch ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung, in dem man auch verregnete Tage aushalten kann. Das Haus selber ist sehr traditionell eingerichtet, was dem ganzen Urlaub das gewisse Etwas gegeben hat. Küche nicht riesig, aber hat alles was man braucht....

「We chose this property to experience an iconic Tuscan home, and it delivered! Rustic is an understatement, the house is very old, but it was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely, as were the views, and we loved the local dining, grocery store, and the village of Cortona. Also I should mention how quiet and private it is. Lots of stairs (it's three levels), so keep that in mind when booking! 」

「We spent a wonderful week at the Casa delle Rose. Really well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and well stocked bathrooms. Both bedrooms have AC, very helpful in summer. The top floor bedroom has a double bed and a twin size bed. There’s also a dishwasher and washer/dryer, for those staying longer. There’s a drip coffee maker, but there’s also a Bialetti. To use it with the induction stove, there’s a little flat metal plate with a handle that you’ll place on the burner. If you’ve never used...

「We rented this house for a month. We loved it here and felt very comfortable calling it home for so long. Fully renovated with modern appliances just as pictured. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, which we did 1/2 the time. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms big. Washer / dryer was a plus. Walking up and down the hills kept us in great shape to eat all the pasta we wanted! From here, we traveled by train to Florence, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo. Owner was quick to respond...

「We absolutely loved our stay at Belvedere House and Cortona. The house was beautiful and the view second to none! We had everything we needed there for our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were nice linens, pillows and towels. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. When we arrived there were beautiful food treats for us and Irene had sent a list of great restaurants and things to do. We felt very at home and will be back soon!」

「We have been to Cortona several times before but Govanmi’s apartment was BY FAR the best. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and has a great lay out. The mattresses are excellent, AC is in every room, making the hot days bearable and location could not be better. Giovanni and his brother were super attentive and even led us stay a day longer when the Italian train system was on strike. They answered any and all questions. We will definitely return - I strongly recommend their place!!One...
