“This beautiful and freshly opened hotel is perfectly located in the historic center of Cartagena, with everything within easy walking distance. The building and rooms are gorgeous, full of charm and character, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant.
Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection to start the day in the best way.

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……
