“Nearly everything was perfect -- A great location, clean unit, accurate description, comfortable beds, communication with the manager, etc. However, the property needed a couple of maintenance items--specifically underneath the kitchen sink was missing a small section of LVP flooring, the door trim above the king bedroom door had some water damage from the wall AC unit, and the bunk bed frame was fairly loose. These are all minor, easy repairs, and the place was great. We'd stay there again for……

“Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. “This place is super clean & has great light! We loved this location- super close to downtown in one direction, and the ferry in the other direction! Garage is fully stocked with beach chairs/toys, wagon! Plenty of space to park our car or the overnight bikes we rented! Would happily return!”

“We enjoyed our visit. The place was nice and cozy. The location was in a gated community and convenient to all that the area had to offer. The online photos showed a gas fireplace (in use). We were unable to utilize that amenity. We were disappointed to say the least. Reason: We were told by the host that it was a safety hazard. Cleanliness on a scale of one to ten. 6 1/2. The beds were comfortable and most all the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing. It checked most all the boxes.……

“This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back!”

“Enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. Place was clean and comfortable, communication with host company was great as well. It was a little bit noisey we found (its next to a park), but the convienence of the nearby shops and restaurants made it an ideal place. We had views of the ocean being up top (2nd floor), if you're on the ground floor the sand will likely block your water view. Did have someone park in our assigned parking on the last night, but we worked around that. I'd stay here……

We walked to eat and to the mall to shop. Stayed here a night before our cruise and the terminal is not far at all. Highly recommend and would stay again!”
