“Rooftop area is lovely! The breakfast is outstanding and all the staff go above and beyond. A really pleasant stay. Copacabana is a very lively area and you need to stay vigilant so the hotel is an oasis of calm.”

“Really good location for my business trip. Big shopping mall just right next to hotel. Can go there on foot not more than 5 mins. However, if you are beach lover, this hotel is not that close to it . Room was clean and breakfast was great. Will stay again in the future ”

“Overall, I had a great stay. Despite having a view of the beach from my room and being next to an elevator, my room was quiet at night and I slept well. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. My only complaint was they didn’t clean my room a couple of days during the day but they quickly cleaned it when I brought this to their attention. I’d stay again. ”

“The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff really connected. Daniel, Mathias and Flora at the front desk really go out of their way to connect with guests and always have a smile on their faces. This was our second stay at the Windsor Excelsior and we are looking forward to coming back next year. ”
