The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The location was 10/10 if you don't want to be in a busy area but still have a great beach and good restaurants near by, I felt very safe here and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing missing for us was a balcony in the room but the hotel has none so that is fine. Would recommend and would stay again! Obrigado

My sister and I really had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing! Some of the sites, attractions and the old town were 40-45 minutes drive and sometimes longer with traffic but Ubers were easy to find and very affordable.

Great hotel, Well located in front of the beach, 400 m from supermarket and 5 minute in Uber from Olegario Maciel Street. The breakfast is very good and the rooftop Pool has a great View!

I did like the easy we can go to the 3 towers and the view from our room and the top of each tower was beautiful. I did not like the front seat not too friendly just our bar tender his name was wis he was nice kid. I will add more sports 2 and 3 chanels TV we definitely come back.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff people were helpful and accessible. We didn't speak any Brazilian but they were always ready to help. 1/2 block from the most lovely beach (Tijuca beach). Not as wild and crowded as Cococobana or Ipenema. Uber rides were very affordable and convient. The rooftop pool was nice and clean with beautiful views. Love this place. Will come again.

I liked that it was clean, breakfast had many options and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that I can comment on is that when we tried to do early check in, the lady in the front desk asked us to pay $100US because we arrived at 1000. In all my travels, no other hotels had done this. It was either the room was not available or it was. They did however locked our luggage while we went out to have lunch and came back at 2:15pm to check in.

We stayed here for a conference and had high expectations. On arrival at 3:45pm, our room was still not ready for check in when check in time is 3pm but we had to still wait in the lobby for 15mins. The checkout process also took a long time. Many people in the conference were disappointed and faced the same issues: bad wifi, room cards not working sometimes, no blankets (only when we asked housekeeping), no ironing board, and no tea/coffee provided in room. As a vegetarian, I also found the breakfast disappointing as there weren’t many options usually found at a buffet (such as beans, hash browns/potatoes, roasted tomatoes or mushrooms). On the plus side - the pool was very nice.
