「No había personal en la barra de bebidas de la alberca y palapa. No se nos mostró la carta de vinos en el restaurante. Durante nuestra estancia no hubo en ningún día muesli o avena para desayunar, aunque estos dos platillos estaban en la carta. Se nos dijo que no tenían. El servicio de transporte del hotel hacia y desde el aeropuerto fue incómodo por la manera de manejar de los choferes a alta velocidad.」

「Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Because rooms face out on a corridor open from the first to the rooftop restaurant, street and nearby restaurant noise enters from the top down. Some rooms only have windows facing the corridor with no view.」
