「Location superb, staff brilliant, breakfast amazing.
Suite X11 needs to be revamped
Bad -
1) Light switches are a nightmare- there are too many and trying to turn the one you want on/off is ridiculous.
2)Shower leaked everywhere on 1st night when forward facing Jets were turned on and just general showing meaning we had to use all towels in room to soak up- reported to reception staff who provided extra towels but no repair until we had left.
3)Jaccuzi takes forever to fill up and needs some...

「Michael greeted me with a smile and even carried my bag upstairs to the room.
The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a good clean bathroom. View over the river.
Buffet breakfast waa included and very generous. Lovely selection of stewed fruits, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese. Delicious pancakes on the first day and full Irish on the second. Very welcoming and well worth another visit. Thanks Michael!」

「Went on a trip with my four siblings and had an amazing time here. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and a very nice common area with an unbelievable deck outside. Will definitely return in the summer to take advantage of the deck more. The views are stunning. You can see both the sunrise and the sunset over Galway Bay.」
