"The Hayloft provides beautiful accommodation in an ideal location for exploring the Cotswolds. Everything we could have needed was provided and the welcome gift of scones and cream was a lovely touch. The very comfortable bed made up for the lack of head room in the bedroom area! Claire provided useful information about local places to eat and explore and was easy to communicate with. Would recommend!"

"We gathered at Grindstone Mill for a special birthday celebration get-together and we all loved it immediately. It is a stunning house in a gorgeous, peaceful location, very spacious inside and with a gorgeous garden which we really enjoyed sitting and dining out in, lounging on the steamer chairs and playing boules on the lawn. There were lovely walks from the door which we enjoyed too. The kitchen and dining area were so spacious and well-equipped and we loved the huge drawing room. The master bedroom and en-suite were gorgeous and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent, it was so useful having so many showers. It was so lovely sitting out by the mill leet and watching the resident swan and ducks and other birds and the horses in the adjacent field. An absolutely idyllic house and location and we would love to return. We would not hesitate to recommend this property. If there was one thing that could add to the enjoyment of staying there, it would be to have a large sun umbrella over the table in the garden as this would enable it to be used even more, but it was great to have the bench over to one side in the shade and the smaller table on the back patio was very useful too and we really appreciated having garden seat cushions to use. An absolutely superb stay!"

We were able to enjoy the warm weather and relax in the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen and house is greatly equipped for large groups and we couldn't fault it. We will definitely be back. "Beautiful & comfortable home in the countryside within walking distance of the Cotswolds Way and William Tyndale monument. We loved the lounge for quiet reading and the large, light sitting/dining area on the side of the house for boardgames and big family meals. The kitchen was perfect for breakfasts and was very well stocked with everything you need for a large group including a cupboard of condiments. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet as there was little traffic on the country lane. Bathrooms were roomy and elegant, 2 ensuite. The hot tub was a keen favourite. Susannah and Ian were fantastic hosts and if you are celebrating a special occasion or just want some really nice photos of your family/friends on holiday I can highly recommend booking Ian for a photo shoot. He was great and so were his photos. We loved Cotswold House."
