「The property was perfect for my sister and I. A lovely light,cosy room with everyting needed. There was even a little fridge in the room with fresh milk and bottled water, also a proper jar of coffee, sachets of yorkshire tea and selection of biscuits. 「It was a last minute booking due to our original hotel cancelling the evening before the Coldplay concert. It was adequate, clean and comfortable however extremely overpriced and clearly the hotel was taking advantage of people visiting for the concert. I looked and tonight the evening after the same hotel room is 185 cheaper. 」

「Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. 」

「The outside of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired - pot holed car park, paint pealing off the function rooms. Inside is better and our room was perfectly fine - though the bed had seen better days and didn’t provide a comfortable nights sleep. Staff are great - very friendly and helpful. 」
