“We had a great weekend stay at this property! Checkin was seamless, property was clean, and access to the beach was phenomenal. Parking tag was a little difficult to locate as it was up in a cabinet, but after a quick search it was located. The only thing I will note is the door does not have the ability to stay open without being held, and is rather heavy and shuts very hard and fast. Check out was an easy process with clear directions. Overall this was a great stay, and we would definitely……

“The condo was nice, clean and very plesant to stay in. with tat being said, we only have a few suggestions.. the couch needs upgraded, swags in the middle pretty bad. The frying pans need replaced, the teflon is peeling off badly. (pots were fine) The other thing is an easy fix. There was only 4 towels and 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel, for the 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. There should have been at least 6 or 8 towels and washcloths and 2 hand towels. No one wants to start doing laundry your first day……

“Easy to check in and out. Directions for check in and out were communicated well. Location was great. Tv was hard to operate. Lamps, tiles and bathroom needed major repair and updating. Towel racks on the balcony would have been a plus. Balcony was nice size though. Nice to have washed and dryer in unit but had to self clean it because it was very dirty. Could have used a better clean up before check in. ”

“Everything was good except there was a bag of dirty laundry behind the pillow on the couch, that was weird but other than that it was perfect”

“We've stayed at this property before and like the location and the size of the unit for a couple with modest needs. Tidewater is smaller than most of the big multistory units on the beach, around 13-14 floors if I recall. But nicely maintained and near the Perdido Pass area of Orange Beach. We didn't have any interaction with the Cranston's this trip, but they are good people who take care of their properties. And the weather was kind to us this trip, which isn't always a guarantee in March.……

“Cannot express how great this place is. Condo was well appointed and directly on the beach. Complex was very clean and staff was great. We will definitely be back. Orange Beach is an absolute gem.”

“Loved how we overlooked the pool. Not far from the beach but would recommend driving still just because the highway is to busy to cross. Condo was comfortable and we would definitely come back.”

“The house was excellent. We enjoyed the screened in back porch and the house had everything we needed. It was close to the Wharf so we didn’t have very far to go.”

“This was our family's first time to Orange Beach, Alabama, and this home helped to make it a great visit! Everything was fresh, new and clean. The rooms were spacious and the home had all the amenities anyone could ask for. The property manager was also very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We can't wait to come back!”

The only issue was that one elevator was completely OOO and the second one stopped working the night before we left. We weren't surprised as a lot of people had commented on it in their reviews.
