“It is a nice little place to stay. Has all the basics furnished. The stairs going up were fun for my kids, not so much for me, they are very steep. It is a very nice home. In a quiet neighborhood. The town is great, along with the sightseeing options that are very close.”

“The place was clean. I enjoyed the kitchen with full size refrigerator. Also is was roomy enough for all of us to have separate bedrooms. The washer and dryer was a real asset.”

“A great cabin in the woods! Lots of room, great water pressure. The shower is actually in the bathroom off of one of the bedrooms so if you have multi families staying it takes a little planning to use it etc. I feel like knowing that ahead of time might be helpful?. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kiddos and had plenty of room. Communication with Ben was great he answered really quickly. Getting there was a little tricky, a little hard to see the arrows in the dark but his directions were right……

“We had a wonderful stay here celebrating our son’s birthday. The rooms were clean and cozy. AC worked well. We made pizzas together in the spacious kitchen. We utilized the grill too and enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor spaces. Mammoth Spring is such a beautiful area. Highly recommend!”

“There were 3 adults 1 child in my group. The cabin was very relaxing and we got back to nature. Waking up everyday to the beautiful woods in Arkansas was the best vacation i could have had. This is perfect for parents and their children because the loft was hard to get in for the adults in my group however my 9 year old son had no problem. However even with that if it was just my husband myself and our son i would go back again. It was the perfect place to slow down and get recharged for……

“Ground floor house great for couple or small family.”

“Beautiful setting on Current River, plenty of room, no significant stairs to deal with if you are compromised, someone was available to assist with connecting to Wifi and television issues.”

“It was a nice house with plenty of room for everyone. We had everything we needed while we were there and it's within walking distance of all the shops on Main Street. Just be prepared to hear the trains go by at all hours of the day and night.”

“Have stayed there before and loved it. This stay not so much the bathrooms needed some attention, but can easily be overlooked, the cabin on the otherhand was not, the beds,and bed linens were absolutely clean and tidy that was about it. Now there are canoes and floaters coming and going ruining the peaceful feeling, it just felt to much like being at Saddler falls or one of those places.”

“The house was beautiful, the river was amazing, the neighbors were friendly. The location was awesome. Walking distance to state park with great playground is a big plus when traveling with kids! Loved it! Was a great way to enjoy the eclipse and a few days of relaxation. Thanks so much!”
