"Lovely staff, great location, comfy beds. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbours - bring a fan for white noise and this will help as the built in fan/ac would turn off/on when the room was at temperature. Nothing fancy but great price!!"

"Great location on Banff Avenue. Extremely friendly and helpful staff -- provided us passes for the Roam bus to the gondola and rented us bear spray (free if not used). Beautiful suite, nice bar for drinks and hot tubs to soothe tired muscles post-hike."

"This is our 3rd stay at this hotel, our first with a pet. While we didn't love the bsmt level for the "pet friendly" rooms , it was still a great stay The room was so clean you would not have known it was a pet friendly room at all The parking lot sucks. It's not enough parking for the rooms they have. Parking has been a issue every stay we have had"

"Our stay here was amazing! Staff were accommodating & very friendly - check-in, housekeeping, restaurant/bar - all of them! The property was beautiful, the roof-top hot tubs & area were great and location was perfect. It was only a 4-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk down to the main hub for shops & restaurants, and approx 17min to the gondola. The bus stop is right outside the hotel for drop-off and right across the street for pickups, so it was close to the action without being right in the middle of it. The only downside I can think of was that while we were told about the restaurant at the hotel next door, it was not noted that they also had a great coffee bar & sadly, we only discovered it the day before we left. Next time we will make sure to explore our surroundings a bit sooner. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and definitely hope to do so!"
