“Das Hotel ist ein wirklich schönes, sauberes drei Sterne-Hotel. Die Lage hervorragend, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. “I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”
