“Maybe they were having just a bad day, but I found multiple interactions with staff to be less than positive. They seem to be moping or upset about something. I don’t need them to be over the top gregarious, but it would be nice to be acknowledged as a guest and to be appreciated. Again, maybe it was just a bad day. Also, I felt the rooms were a bit spartan by way of amenities. As an example, would greatly encourage a clock in the room by the bed. Otherwise this location is beyond clean. And the……
