Spring skiing

I chose this destination & hotel to celebrate my birthday and I must say I loved everything about it, the hotel is perfectly located in the center and few steps from the gondolas station, nice restaurant options around the area, make sure you visit before the closing season as many good restaurants close on Apr 7. Good spa & friendly staff, highly recommended

Expensive for what it is. Poor quality rooms and very small. Needs a complete refurb in order to be competitive in the 1850 market.

Because of my back problem, I could not snowboard and the location was great for wonderers for sure. My daughter snowboarded and the lift was right infront of the hotel. Only negative parts were that the refrigirator was not working properly and the bathroom sink was mostly clogged.

Great hotel in a prime location.

This hotel is a gem. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful for my first time in Courcheval. I got a chance to interact with everyone at the front desk quite a bit over the week and was truly sorry to say goodbye. I would definitely return to this property.

location perfetta davanti alle piste di Courchevel. Hotel grazioso staff gentile e premuroso con trattamento ottimo dei clienti. L' unica pecca è stata la location della mia camera che si trovata al piano -1 cioè terra aveva soffitto basso e senza finestre

Brilliant location and lovely atmosphere.

Staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very central so could walk straight onto the slopes. Breakfast was excellent and our room was south facing with lovely balcony looking onto the mountains.

Excellent stay by the slopes in Courchevel 1850

Excellent stay at La Loze. The hotel is right by the slopes and it is 10 metres to the snow from the hotel's ski room. From there all the available ski lifts are within a short distance. From the hotel lounge you can sit and watch the skiing with a log fire and comfortable seating. Very pleasant staff who speak excellent english and were always extremely helpful. Would definitely return here in the future.

Friendly hotel in centre and (virtually) on slopes

Nice hotel. Very friendly and family like. We book the cheapest Double room with a North view (in room left during the peak period). It had one window looking into a narrow shaft. Expedia should correct description to avoid disappointment. We were graciously upgraded to regular room. My daughter went from being very critical as we arrived to: this is the best hotel - we have to come back. The afternoon tea and the delicious cakes in the cozy lounge pretty much neutralises the efforts on the slopes. No restaurant. but there are 8 - 10 restaurants within one or two minutes walk from the hotel. Overall: we will definitely come back.

Great hotel

This is the second time I have stayed at La Loze, I travelled for business and will stay again should business take me back to Courchevel. Geared up for skiing but absolutely fine staying there as a business traveller. Mountain view rooms are recommended as much brighter. Very friendly and helpful staff.
