In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, this charming 60 m² studio with harbour view can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 20 m² living room that can be divided in two by a sliding partition and includes 1 double sofa bed, TV, armchairs.
- A 20 m² heated loggia, with a view of the harbour, where you can enjoy the liveliness of the outdoors while staying warm and protected from the wind and bad weather. There's a sofa bed and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan.

The studio is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Beach activities (beach, sailing, heated seawater pool), walks (wild beach with dunes), visits to the D-Day landing beaches (Canadian “Juno Beach” memorial museum in Courseulles, the Arromanches site is 20 minutes away by car, the Caen Memorial is 30 minutes away, the Pointe du Hoc is around 1h30 away), visits to the hinterland (Bayeux tapestry, Fontaine Henry castle with its animations).
For the little ones, the “le chants des oiseaux” park with games is 5 minutes from the apartment.
There's also a cinema a ten-minute walk from the apartment.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's garage and private parking lot. It's numbered and unlocked, on the basement level of the residence (access by badge). Please note that the parking space is narrow and cannot accommodate a large vehicle.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Caen Sncf station, about 30 minutes' drive away
- Caen-Carpiquet airport, approx. 30 minutes by car
- Regional buses stop 5 minutes away.

- A flight of stairs must be climbed before accessing the elevator.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Terres de Nacre (concierge / housekeeping service).
