「Lovely hotel convenient for the centre of Caen, restuarants and transport links. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Minor issue - the ambient lighting in the room was great but we could have done with some brighter lighting as well, as sometimes it was a bit dark. Excellent stay though.」

「Our room’s at third floor. But no elevator, we have 4 luggages, 20 kg/per.terrible experience. … The breakfast is not good quality just look like lot. Check in desk lady is not kindly, I don’t know why? It’s not worth for the all price I paid.」

「We were enthralled by everything about Hotel Manoir de Mathan. The authenticity of the setting, the sensitive and lovely restoration, the generous size of the rooms, their decor and amenities. Elizabeth is a welcoming host and the staff are super pleasant and efficient. 」

「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」
