"So I stayed at the property before and had an omni lotalty membership. The check in clerk couldn't find my number so instead of asking me for it she created a new account which caused all sorts of issues then served me warm champagne in a plastic water cup. Not the check in experience I expect from this property. other than that, everything else was lovely. We really enjoy going to the warm springs pool."

"had to kill a few spiders and crickets, but thats SC the worst thing was the toilets are those old ones which feel like 2" from the floor. I am older and it was not fun to DIP that low"
