“I liked the service and how convenient it was to go from place to place. The complimentary breakfast and the cleaning service were really nice, the hotel was close to attractions, and the decorations in the lobby were pretty. But the swimming pool had leaves in it and there aren’t any lifeguards there. I think that there could be a bit more safety around a few places, but other than that, it was overall a great experience!”

But we hadn't used the service at all; we parked ourselves, paid for it ourselves when we left, and we have receipts. But they kept emailing us saying we hadn't paid. We had already sent them all the receipts, but they still kept pressing me for payment. This stay was a terrible experience."
