“This was in a great location but unfortunately the lift had broken a month before we arrived and no one informed us. We found walking up 5 flights of stairs not the easiest and wish we had been informed. The air conditioning didn’t work either though we did have a fan. The heat in the room was overbearing.”

“Cliffhanger is a stunning period home in a fabulous location in Cowes. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Cowes. Parking is restricted but at the time of year we visited (Sept) we had no issues. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and the roof terrace has fabulous views. The kitchen is well equipped and there is no shortage of games etc in the lounge area if the weather closes in. “We had a great stay in Alexander Pike’s one bedroom flat in Cowes. The property could not have been situated any better. It was in downtown Cowes on the pedestrian zone. The grocery store and bus stop were directly across the street from the flat. The walk from the ferry was one minute. The apartment was spotless. The appointments were perfect. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We definitely will stay here again when we return to the Isle of Wight.”
