“Our room smelled like pets. In particular it smelled like a dog kennel. I have allergies and it caused me to become very congested and made me sneeze a lot. There was a terribly loud and persistent noise coming from the thermostat and heat/cool unit in our room. It started up about every five minutes or so. Even after we turned it off it made loud noises like an industrial refrigerator. 👎”

“The property is a little older but the staff is great. Mostly clean. They just need to focus on dusting. The vents had a bunch of dust. But it was not a big deal because everything else was clean.”

“Absolutely would not recommend. I went to check in and there were drops of blood all over the lobby floor and outside on the sidewalk. Apparently, someone was just stabbed at the motel. Three police cars arrived and I never went to my room. I have children and left immediately. I requested a refund and Expedia refused.”

“Quick drive to anything you could want. Room and area was pretty clean and the front desk was helpful. Breakfast was a little lacking, but at least there was one. We were unfortunately there for the week when they decided to update their Internet service so that was a bit of an issue considering my husband works from home. “I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. As someone with sensitive lungs this REALLY made it hard to sleep. I ended up having……

“This was my second visit to this establishment and there’s not a single thing that could be said in a negative light. I would absolutely recommend this first and foremost to anybody.”

“The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported……

“Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. ”

“The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. The people in the room next to us partied all night as loud as they could and staff refused to do anything about it. Ended up checking out at 3am because we obviously weren't going to get any sleep and……
