"Lovely stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, great location in an amazing building. Loved all the historical features of the coal exchange ! Only disappointment was the availability of breakfast food and drinks. Timing was not great for keeping the food topped up to handle the number of guests. When we did get food it was excellent quality!"
