「Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.」

「Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially our check-in gentleman was kind and helpful. He even assisted my granddaughter move the luggage cart to the elevator and then, when I brought it back downstairs, he took it from me and returned it to its proper location. Never have I ever had a hotel staff person help me with a luggage cart!
The breakfast was a real breakfast: hot food, fruit, wonderful coffee. Not a granola bar and canned juice like some hotels are charging an extra fee...

「It was a nice place however i had an allergic reaction to the blankets so we could not stay in the hotel. We were told at the front desk they would push a refund through if we got expedia to do so but expedia had no options we could find to refund or call them on the matter. So 400USD wasted. May not use expedia ever again due to this.」
