Oklahoma Hotel with Pool

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"This hotel is really nice and the staff is friendly. The location was excellent! The breakfast options were great too. The pool was very cold, would have been great if it was heated, but it was a great pool. There is no hot tub, so that was a slight bummer. The gym was really nice too! My only disappointments were that there is no microwave in the room or dining area, and the cleaning staff didn’t stop by. We were there for 2 nights and never received fresh towels or got our trash emptied....
