Great stay

We truly enjoyed our time here. The location is prime, the appartement is large and well thought with many conveniences, and the upstairs palapa a true treat. We’re hoping to come back again soon!

Paradise

We loved our stay in Cozumel at Paradise Condos 3C! Diana greeted us when we arrived and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. We loved the private palapa for eating dinners and watching the sunset. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The snorkeling was great at the private beach. The included snorkel gear was better than what we brought. Loved the mid week house clean! The owners of the condo were very responsive and accommodating to our travel itinerary. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Beach Front Property

Private beach, rooftop viewing, and a responsive condo manager make this an excellent place to stay on Cozumel. If you have the chance to hire Fernando as a private chef definitely do it.

Wonderful property

We had a lovely stay here. The property manager was wonderful and stopped by after our check in to show us the property. It was clean and very comfortable. It was stocked with plenty of water, a complimentary fruit basket and the laundry room was full of other things we needed- beach towels, beach bag and snorkel gear. The top floor patio was delightful. We had a group of three but a bigger family would have had plenty of room. It’s pretty close to the marina for divers and parking was no problem. Would definitely recommend!

Paradise in Cozumel

This property was amazing! The location and ocean views are unbeatable. The interior or the home was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 1 week vacation. We loved the newly renovated kitchen and the king size beds. The washer and dryer and all the extra snorkel gear, coolers, beach bags, etc. were great to have the use of. Our favorite though was the private palapa area above this unit. We spent many hours up there and even enjoyed a fabulous meal by a private chef that was recommended by the owners. We will definitely be booking this unit again!

Gorgeous!

The condo is amazing. The perfect size for our group of 5. We really enjoyed the upscale furnishings, appliances and decor. Even though it was raining during our stay we had an amazing experience and will definitely come stay here again.

Paradise is a fitting name for the property!

We absolutely loved our stay in Paradice Unit #3C, the description of the property was spot on. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the incredible view. Extra bonus watching the hummingbirds flock to the feeders on the terrace. Great snorkeling out in front of the complex with plenty of snorkeling equipment provided by the owners. We really enjoyed the peaceful location, it is far enough away from where the cruise ships dock, but also close enough to access the main city easily. The property manager Diana was very helpful in addressing any needs that we had, she helped us get groceries prior to arrival. I would not hesitate to stay in this same condo again!

Fabulous condo on Cozumel!

We loved everything about this condo in Cozumel! We love the location away from all the touristy busyness of the city.The rooftop terrace was great for AM coffee and PM cocktails! Snorkeling at our own beach was awesome! The condo inside has everything you need and then some! Perfect vacation!!

Awesome stay in a beautiful location!

We had a wonderful stay here as a family. The location was perfect for us away from the city center. Being right on the beach with such a beautiful view and extra open space up above the unit was a major plus! We can’t say enough good about the communication with the owners in advance and will definitely be back.

Love the upper deck

3 couples spent 7 days. Very much enjoyed the covered veranda on the top floor. Nice table, hammock, swing chairs! Wonderful for breakfast and supper or to just sit and relax. Little trek to town but not that big a deal. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful condo!

We shared this condo with family and friends (6 people) and loved it! It had everything we needed and more! It is a beautiful home with comfortable beds and seating! Loved the rooftop terrace and entertained our other friends and family there. Perfect with a beautiful view! The maid was fantastic and communication with David and Christine and Diana was great! Great choice for a Cozumel getaway with family

Condo was as described. We all enjoyed our stay, loved the rooftop cabana area to hang out in. It was clean and comfortable. It is the 3rd floor so getting our bags up was the only real hassle. Wonderful hosts and we would stay there again.

Fabulous Condi

We enjoyed our stay beyond measure. The hosts and house manager were very easy to work with and were very accommodating. The condo is located in the perfect location away from town and busy traffic but still within area near beach clubs and good bike rides. The property boasts wonderful views of sunrises and sunsets and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We were thrilled with the accommodation and can’t wait to book our return!
