The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. Durante o trajeto serviram bebidas e salgadinhos.

This house keeps in perfect condition year after year, the location is perfect, secluded and quiet away from the crowds. Spaces are comfortable and big with all the amenities. Looking forward to come back! Both the owner and local manager are always there to help and answer/give suggestions

Very nice stay!

The location of the house was nice. Very convenient. The beach area and pool area were not crowded at all. Alex was very helpful with any questions we had. We had massages from Mayan Essence at the house. They were great too! We really enjoyed our week!

Great place to enjoy Cozumel!!

We had a great time in Cozumel in good part, because of the beautiful house we rented. It’s situated in a great place where you can swim in the pool or snorkel in the sea. In general there is little noice, so you can enjoy in peace at all times. Also, Carrie is a great host, and Alex is always in touch for whatever you need! I highly recommend booking this house!

Great house on the beach

We stayed for a week in March with family and had a great time. Our main contact, Alex, was great and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The neighbourhood is clean, quiet and very picturesque. The water and snorkelling were great and the sunsets epic. The home is spacious and comfortable for a larger group. Thanks again for having us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations, appreciated the home! Pool was awesome, beach was fantastic & dock was perfect to be picked up for diving. The grounds were great, gate guards were nice & helpful. Kitchen was good, huge table & all three bedrooms on main level were perfect! The upstairs deck was great! Upstairs Murphy beds good. Location was perfect - not too close to town … but close enough! Thank you!

Wiks family vacation

Beautiful location right on the ocean. The divers in our group were picked up and dropped off right at our pier. The shallow pool was perfect for the young kids, as were the tide pools. A couple of things such as the dish washer and the patio loungers should be updated but the house and patios are spacious and perfect for a larger family gathering. Alex was easy to get in touch with and helpful.

Paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. There are many houses here and this was right up front by the pool and the beach. We had 6 adults and 5 little kids and all fit perfectly. The large dining table was so nice to have big family dinners. We hired Karla to cook for us two nights and it was delicious! So nice to have someone cook and clean up for us after long days in the sun. She was wonderful. Alex, our concierge, went above and beyond to help with anything we needed! He texted me a month before our trip and set up a boat tour, restaurants, cleaning services, our chef Karla, massages for 6 adults on the rooftop balcony (gorgeous stars at night) and answered all of my questions within 10 minutes while we were at the house. We had two cars and one was able to park in the spot marked with our unit and the other was parked just across the street in the extra parking. I have nothing negative to say about this VRBO rental house. It was perfect! Thank you Alex for all of your help, we will definitely be back!

Villa Tikal

Upon arrival, NO hot water for almost 2 days. Dishwasher flooded, not working properly, won’t clean nor dry dishes. No way housekeeping can clean properly without hot water; so had maid service one time during stay. Air conditioning unit leaking in utility room and refrigerator also leaking brown liquid under lower freezer door. Very poor kitchen dishes, glasses, & utensils. Kitchen cabinets sticky and dirty. Spiders under bathroom rug in Queen bedroom bath & shower head had to be replaced because was not working properly. One other bath had mildew in shower. Tv remote not working, thus no tv or dvd. Very poor communication with Alex in management. I spent the first 2 days of my vacation trying to resolve all these issues. All other on-site people were great. The Infinity pool not working as expected but there was on-going construction of pumps, filters and water lines. In closing, way too much deferred maintenance. These issues should have been addressed prior to our arrival. I would stay at Cozumel Sol again but not at this unit.

Great property

This home is perfect for a family getaway. We were there for 3 days of scuba,and it was close to our dive shop. Nicely furnished, plenty of towels and linens. Beautiful pool and beach area. A great property!

Nice community. Quiet

Neat little place. Not too modern, but enough to enjoy it. Host communicates very well! Snorkeling is right out your back door. Do not go pay to do it. Snorkelingbgear is on site. Its about 20 minutes to town, so either a daily 45 taxi cab or get a rental car. Its out second time here, so I obviously recommend to stay!

We had an absolute great time here. Home was perfect for our family group, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Beautiful area and loved the pool, dock, and location to restaurants/beaches/etc. Great communication from owner, and check in and out could not have been easier. Highly recommend.

Amazing Family Vacation

We would definitely recommend this villa! Love the location away from town with the quiet beach where we could easily snorkel and the pool area just steps away. The house is very spacious, the kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking, the bathrooms are large and very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The housekeeping service came once and they were very nice and helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to return soon!

Great Getaway

We stayed for only 3 nights but it was perfect for a quick dive trip. The house is right near all the best diving and y hey picked us up right at the dock. The house is as shown on the pictures and is very nice. The property was very clean and felt very safe. Will definitely be back. Thanks to Alex for his assistance and to Carla for her wonderful cooking!

Great place and location.

Book with ease of mind. I’ve been to the island several times over the last 15 years and this was at the top of our experience list. Location can’t be beat. You’re in the middle of it all, but private and gated. Great staff and were very helpful. The villa is very spacious and clean. We’ll be back

Great January Recharge

This was the perfect spot for a family with young adults and grandchildren. Calm little beach and a heated pool, tremendously peaceful location. Alex was very helpful, and readily available for any questions. A highlight of the trip, was having Karla and Conchi come and cook for us. They shop, cook, and clean up. The dishes were amazing! We have a new regular destination.

Fantastic Scuba Vacation!

Me and four friends had the pleasure of staying here for a 4 night long weekend. We were there for diving and this location was perfect. The house was clean and huge! There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to rattle around and not feel on top of each other. A quick trip into town for shopping or dinner and very close to the beach bars. Any issue or questions we had were quickly answered and resolved. Highly recommend.

Perfect family break

We had high expectations, and every one of them was met or exceeded! It was a perfect spot for our family break. The house was spacious and comfortable. The grounds and common facilities were great. The sea life in the immediate area was even better than we hoped for - we swam and snorkeled for hours every day and spotted all sorts of things without even leaving home. Alex provided exceptional support throughout. When our last day came all too soon, no one wanted to leave! Thank you all for wonderful memories.

Epic Cozumel Adventure

We had a very large group (27). We rented 3 large homes at Costa Del Sol. We loved this property because we were able to be all together without being on top of each other. The property managers and concierge services were amazing. We were able to organize everything we needed including Covid testing for everyone before we left. We also organized gourmet services and massages. Outstanding! :) We can't wait to go back!

Absolute heaven!

This property could not have been any better. The house was extremely clean, literally it took us 30 seconds to walk from the front door to the pool and beach area. Wonderful snorkeling right off the pier, the grounds were meticulously kept, pool always clean and sparkling and we felt super safe with the security at the front gate. Huge patio upstairs with the grill and beach chairs. Used to Karla to get us items from the grocery store before arriving. That was an awesome option. The upstairs area included a pool table, which was fun for everyone. We are already talking about coming back next year!
