"The AC worked great and kept the room nice and cool, which I really appreciated. There were also a lot of restaurants close by, so that made things really convenient. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room didn’t have an iron. I’m not really a fan of using a steamer, so that was a bit of a downside. Overall, it was still a good stay."

"Disgusting ! I cannot believe the false advertising this property has. All these fake 10/10 reviews. Absolutely not. This place was disgusting dirty and just terrible. The walls were dirty the bathroom was dirty the sheets dirty . When I asked for an extra sheet because there wasn’t one on the bed he said Room has been clean I’m not giving you another sheet. I felt so uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. 0/10 Do not recommend!!! The staff is RUDE ! I also asked for extra towels or wash cloths he said “This isn’t a Fancy motel only 2 towels per room and no extra stuff” I’m like okay then. Do not stay here I would’ve rather slept in my car then in that dirty motel ! "

"Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while in LA. This was a good stay if it hadn’t been for the bed bugs bites I noticed when I was back home. I contacted Expedia and the hotel. The hotel claims since I did not complain in my 2 nights there they won’t do anything for me now… it can take a couple days for the bumps to show up after being bit. I have attached pictures of my bites. Please be cautious booking this hotel as it looks nice but the inside as clean as it seems! DO NOT BOOK!!"

"Excellent spot for USC parents and visitors! Ride share to campus is only 12-15 min. Excellent hotel and excellent restaurants (I ate all meals there)!"

"Clean room, friendly staff, but amenities to the hotel made it tougher on the stay. Parking is an offsite parkade and for a fee $40usd per night. Pool was unavailable. Did laundry and dryer took money and didn’t operate. Had to move clothes to different dryer and repay. Had to request staff to get our room cleaned because we were initially on a ‘do not clean’ for some reason. Complimentary coffee/tea only in room. Staff were always helpful but for the price the inconveniences were disappointing. "
