「Room was clean on arrival. Stayed for 3 nights and towels we refreshed once is my only complaint. Kitchen worked. Plugs in suite were confusing which switch turned off an on. Only had one remote for both TVs. The biggest complaint was not keeping the coffee full during breakfast. I was okay waiting but there many other guests frustrated with this.」

「还不错」

「Very disappointed. I booked a room, but the staff called me and told me the room was full and they deducted my money.」

「We received enjoyed our stay here. We booked a suite for my daughter’s 10th birthday and had a blast. We stayed in the room and didn’t use any of the amenities. The suite was spacious and perfect. The property was clean and up to date. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was good and the dining area was very nice. My husband and I are already planning to book a room for ourselves.」

「Our shower smelled like sewage. But it was a great stay otherwise. Excellent location if you are going to a concert at Gainbridge which we did and were able to just walk into the venue. No issues, other than the smelly shower.」

「Muy buena experiencia con él personal del front desk, la hab limpia, lo que no me gusto que él servicio de housekeeping no estaba incluido en el precio de la hab, lo cual no era barato.」

「Older building. However, The rooms and lobby are being gutted and remodeled. Floor by floor. This is a great hotel with a wholesome complementary breakfast ! The room was perfect with a Texas Roadhouse right behind the hotel ! Without doubt, we would stay here again :)」
