"The staff was exceptionally helpful. When I asked for directions to a store to buy an umbrella the gentleman at the front desk provided me with his or the hotel's umbrella to use. It was so super helpful and thoughtful. I was going to a ceremony and it started to pour while there- that umbrella was key! Thanks very much to MC hotel for putting guest first and caring!! "

"I would love have to given an excellent rating across the board, however, we had a king size bed for 2 adults with only 3 pillows that were as flat as pancakes. It was very late when we returned to our room, so unfortunately, we were too tired to address the issue. In the future, please consider the number of adults checking into the room. We also reserved a suite and there were no extra blankets available in case we wanted to relax in the living room section of our room. Everything else with the property and room was excellent. We love Extended Stay properties and plan on returning to this location soon. My hopes are that these issues are addressed before we return. "

"We were really impressed with our accommodations. We were debating between this hotel and one that was $50 cheaper without a pool and decided to book this one with the pool just in case we had time to swim. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the entire experience and look forward to returning for our future trips to Pittsburgh."
