“Six guys attended a bb tourney in downtown Pittsburgh. We could both walk and drive to our games. Lots of very nice common room and privacy for sleeping. Host Ellie was wonderful! Highly recommend this place for a family or large group or gathering.”

“The house is nice and cozy. 2 floors with top floor with bedroom and mainfloor with kitchen, living room. There is a nice backyard also which my dogs loved. We attended a concert and only stayed a night but would have been great for longer stay also.”

“Very nicely located unit that is a few steps from the restaurants and shops along Butler St. Not a completely unbiased opinion because we stayed here before moving into our new house a couple of blocks away on the other side of Butler St., but finding a better location to stay in Lawrenceville would be hard to do. The *only* comment I have is more about the transitioning neighborhood - I never felt unsafe, however, it is definitely undergoing changes and at times it felt kind of deserted. “This house is very unique because it was split into two apartments, but now it is one large home. So it has two kitchens, three and half bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. We liked that there was room on the parking pad for 4 large vehicles (possibly more smaller ones), plus some street parking. Both kitchens were well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils and supplies. We liked that there were two bedrooms and a bathroom on the mail level. “We really enjoyed our stay at this property last month. It was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Also, I was happy that it was so quiet, while still being within a super short walking distance of Allegheny Brewing company and the nearby main street with lots of charming cafes and shops.
