"The home is in a beautiful location with spectacular views, and the owner was kind in allowing us a later checkout. Unfortunately, we were surprised to learn that the comforters are not washed between guests; when we arrived, ours had visible stains. Had we known this policy in advance, we would not have rented the home. We also encountered several sanitation concerns, including fecal matter next to a toilet paper holder, a blood-stained left on a bathroom wall, visible mold in the master shower, and multiple surfaces that appeared not to have been properly cleaned. We expected a much higher level of cleanliness, and future guests may want to clarify bedding and cleaning practices before booking."

"Great location and very nice layout for our large family. The entry alcove was fantastic for ski boots and jackets. It is heated so everything was warm and dry for the next morning. "

"Loved my stay at TOV! The unit was super clean, staff was friendly and available at all times, and the view/location of it was perfect. Only con is that someone took our assigned parking spot and when I called about it, nothing was done. Therefore, me and my boyfriend had to jump around from spot to spot just to have somewhere to park, which was super inconvenient."
