「This property offered the best tiny touches of any I’ve ever stayed in. Though it is a one-bedroom studio, it has things I have never seen in VRBOs like A-tips, cotton balls, a s’mores kit, flashlight and umbrella and frosty mugs in the freezer! Amazing! 」

「We had a fantastic stay at this location. The condo was spotlessly clean and well-stocked, with an ample supply of towels, kitchen essentials, and a tasteful decor. It’s conveniently located walking distance from the lake and a short drive to the Eddyville marina. Additionally, Dollar General is conveniently situated nearby. One night, we decided to grill out, and it turned out to be a good experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again! 」

「Newly remodeled house that mostly fit our needs. Start with the “needs to improve” and finish strong. Exterior of the property stills needs work - front yard needs mowing, weeding, walkway improvement and gravel driveway graded. The driveway into the garage and inside the garage needed cleaning. Still had construction trash not completely cleaned up. I found a broom and swept plus picked up nails. I wanted to park one vehicle in the garage as we had 3 vehicles and parking is tight. We spent a lot of our evenings playing games on the game table, and playing air hockey.We would recommend this house (and the hosts) for anyone wanting to stay in the area.」

「This place was great had plenty of room for everyone and had pretty much anything you needed kitchen wise right across from the marina so getting to the boats was a breeze 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!! We will be looking at staying here when we come to the lake from now on. 」
