"This was a great spot to stay on our first night in Exeter! It's right in the center of town so you're really close to everything. There's also a pub downstairs/next door which was convenient. We had a minor plumbing issue the first night, but the hotel was able to take care of it. I would stay here again!"

"Great location close to Sandy Park in Exeter. Easy train ride into Exeter. The cottage was clean and we had plenty of linens. Cozy space with everything we needed."
1 bedroom accommodation in Woodbury Salterton, near Exmouth
2/10 Terrible
"This accommodation is the worse I ever stayed in, it took me two stressful hours trying to sort out the key code, had to go to the local pub to see if anyone knew of the host, luckily they knew he mother lived over the road, one of the barmaids went across to ask her if she knew where her daughter was, she didn't, but gave us the number of a guy who dose odd jobs for the host, he turned up after 20 minutes to tell me he had changed the locks and had told the host, all this time host hadn't replied to my phone calls or messages, once inside the accommodation, it was terrible, the steep steps outside were in a dangerous state, both my wife and I fell on them, the porch was falling down, the towels were dirty and hadn't been changed, the shower was part of the bedroom, no wardrobe, the was a hanging rail held together with string, only one bedside table, the toilet was in the kitchen, the utensils in the kitchen were dirty, we had to was everything before we used it, and still the host hasn't had the decency to return our calls or messages, I could go on for ever as to why you shouldn't book this accommodation, I be here till next summer if I did."
