“Beautiful property and well maintained but the customer care was not very good at all. Having discovered that I had been defrauded, I paid for an additional four days until I ran out of money. I had around £30 outstanding and they kept my luggage and it was only after the police told them to let it go that they did so. This is not acceptable on any level given that I was totally open and honest about my situation.
They even offered a two month stay there and contract, they led me to believe it……

“For my feedback on the food, the restaurant manager responded quickly and apologized. He re-invited me to the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant manager, waqar, received us personally. I still ordered the same food as last time. They have really improved a lot. Much delicious. The chef also came to greet us. The service is top notch and I would recommend it. Thanks Farht for the hospitality.”

“The most terrible experience in my entire life. It is an apartment building with lots of Indian residences. Corkroachs were found everyday inside the room. The sound insulation is extremely suck and many noice from same and up floor. I request for hair dryer and toilet paper but they gave me 3 days after.
